I spent my childhood in poverty in the inner city.  I left home and went off to college.  I played in the band and later played in my church band.  I studied hard and became a teacher.  Life happened because I met my wife and started a family.  

The next 30 years were about educating students and adults.  I decided to retire and give myself a chance to rest and figure out what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.  

The rest came in writing and lots of it.  In the span of six months, I wrote 3 novels and approximately 20 songs.  I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share what I have produced during my retirement.  I believe in myself enough to share my work with you.  I hope you enjoy the books and the songs.
